1. The service

   CARVAN lets you book car services (battery change, car wash, tyre change, oil change) at trusted service centers in the served areas. You drive to the center at the time you booked.

2. Paying

   No money is taken until the service is done. At launch you pay the center in cash after the service.

3. Changing a booking

   You can reschedule or cancel a booking until the service has started.

4. Prices

   Prices are shown in USD and include fitting unless stated otherwise.

5. Chats

   You talk to a center only in the app’s chat. There is no tolerance for abusive or objectionable messages or reviews: report or block a chat from its menu, and write to support@carvan.me about a review. We act on every report within 24 hours, removing the content and blocking the account where needed.

6. Your data

   We use your phone number to log you in and to keep you updated about your orders. We never sell your data.

7. Deleting your account

   You can delete your account and all its data at any time from your account page.

8. Who runs CARVAN

   CARVAN is run by Mohamad Ali Haji Shihade, an individual developer based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact: support@carvan.me.
